Tech Lead

AMPP Group’s engineering team works on multisided collaboration platforms (SAAS) including algorithmic matching.

The candidate should be a full stack mid-to-senior MEAN developer prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, not being afraid to be involved in tough challenges and daring to go for experimental solutions for non-standard challenges.

The role involves working within agile methodology, and the successful candidate will have the ability to problem solve and find new creative solutions to tough logical problems. A keen interest in SAAS products, social platforms and content management systems is preferred.

The successful candidate will be provided full training through AMPP’s formal 6-month Professional Development Track, with the opportunity for rapid advancement.

Salary Circa: £39.000 OTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
+ Gathering market and customer information.
+ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
+ Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
+ Recording sales and order information.
+ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
+ Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.

Business Development Internship

Our internships play an integral role in the success of AMPP and are a comprehensive introduction to our Professional Development Track Training programme.

The Business Development Intern is responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads to support AMPP’s Senior Consultants. This individual will be a highly motivated, self- starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. In alignment with AMPP’s cultural values, the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, a tenacious attitude, and a passion to contribute to the growth of a scale up company. There is the opportunity to progress to a full time salaried position for the candidate that’s shows excellent aptitude and ability.

Stipend: £10 per day

Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Identify potential prospects for the salesteam.
+ Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
+ Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM database, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
